Q: How are you different than other
Rent-to-Own companies?
A: Many Rent-to-Own companies charge high down payments (5% of
the purchase price or more) and are crossing their fingers that you don't
perform so they can keep your down payment and do it all over again
to someone else. When you sign on with Easy Home Colorado
you not only get credit repair included in your
small down payment but our goal is to sell the house to you as soon
as possible so it becomes yours as soon as possible.
Q: I have really bad credit, is there
still a chance you can help me buy a house?
A: Yes. Obviously there are many different levels of bad
credit, but what is really important is that you're current with
your bills you have now. Depending on how bad your credit is,
the timeframe for you to own your house may vary from 3-12 months.
The government backed loan programs we use look at a lot more than just your credit.
Q: Can I pick the exact house I want?
A: Yes and No. We are constantly trying to grow our inventory
of houses. You tell us what your needs are (area, size, etc.)
and we can provide you with the best match possible. If we
simply don't have anything that matches your criteria, we can put
you on our waiting list and begin searching for you specifically.
Many buyers use the house they buy from us as a stepping stone to
rebuild their credit and get in to their true dream home within a few
years.
